Terms of Use — MealPot

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of MealPot (“the app”, “we”, “us”), an AI meal-planning app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MealPot on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.

Subscriptions (MealPot Pro)

MealPot offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, “MealPot Pro,” which may begin with a free trial.

• The subscription title, length, and price are shown on the purchase screen in the app before you buy.
• If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the stated price when the trial ends, unless auto-renew is turned off beforehand.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically at the stated price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

AI content & disclaimer

Meal plans, recipes, and nutrition estimates are generated by an AI model and are provided for general informational purposes only. They are not medical, dietary, or nutritional advice and may contain errors. Always check ingredients for allergens and consult a qualified professional for dietary or health decisions. You are responsible for verifying that any meal is safe and appropriate for you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Your data

The app handles your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
