SwoleMates is a group workout-accountability app. This policy explains what data we handle and how.
SwoleMates uses your device's iCloud account to identify you and sync with your crew. We do not ask for a password or email. You provide a display name, which your crew members can see.
Your crews, check-ins, weekly progress, streaks, wagers, and check-in photos are stored in Apple's CloudKit so they can sync between you and the people you've invited to your crew. This data is visible to members of the same crew. We, the developer, can access this data only to operate the service and to review reported content.
In-app purchases (SwoleMates Pro) are processed by Apple and by our payments provider, RevenueCat, which receives a non-identifying app user ID and your purchase status. We never receive your payment card details. See RevenueCat's privacy policy and Apple's privacy policy.
If you allow it, we send push notifications when your crew members check in. You can turn these off in iOS Settings.
If you report a photo, we receive the report (the reported item, who reported it, and the reason) so we can review and remove objectionable content.
You can leave a crew at any time (You tab → long-press a crew → Leave). Deleting the app removes locally stored data. To request deletion of crew data, email us below.
SwoleMates is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
