Terms of Use — Stash

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Stash (“the app”, “we”, “us”), a personal budgeting app. By downloading or using Stash, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Stash on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.

Subscriptions (Stash Pro)

Stash offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, “Stash Pro.”

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Your data

Stash stores your budgeting data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. Stash is a budgeting tool and does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Stash is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
