Privacy Policy — Reclaim

Last updated: June 28, 2026

Reclaim (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a personal discipline and recovery companion. We built it to be private by default. This policy explains what data the app handles.

Data stored on your device

Everything you track — your streak, check-ins, notes, urges, and progress — is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that collect or store this data, and we never require an account. Your recovery data does not leave your device except through features you explicitly enable (such as your own iCloud backup, controlled by your Apple ID).

Purchases

In-app purchases (Reclaim Pro) are processed by Apple and by our payments provider, RevenueCat. To manage your purchase and restore it across your devices, RevenueCat receives a non-identifying, randomly generated app user ID and your purchase status. We do not receive your name, email, or payment card details. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy and Apple’s privacy policy.

Information we do NOT collect

Analytics & diagnostics

Apple may provide us with aggregate, anonymized crash and usage statistics through App Store Connect if you have enabled sharing in your device settings. This data is not personally identifiable.

Not medical advice

Reclaim is a self-improvement and wellness tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are struggling, please consult a qualified professional.

Children’s privacy

Reclaim is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
